What I Do
I am Laura Green, the Registered Manager at Chessel Support Services Ltd, where I have proudly worked for the past 12 years. During this time, I have been fully supported to develop my skills, gain relevant qualifications, and build valuable experience that shapes my approach to leadership today.
I have a background in autism and behaviours that challenge, and I am passionate about creating positive, supportive environments where both service users and staff can thrive. A key focus of my work is promoting wellbeing, ensuring that care is always person-centred, compassionate, and empowering.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, camping, and making memories with my family—something that keeps me grounded and brings balance to my role.
