I have worked in the care sector since 2010, beginning my career as a Care Coordinator and progressing through a variety of roles to become a Registered Manager. Throughout my journey, I have remained dedicated to delivering high-quality, person-centred care that places the individual at the heart of everything we do.
I am passionate about ensuring that the people we support are empowered to lead meaningful, fulfilling lives, pursue their interests, and achieve their personal goals. I strongly believe in creating positive environments where dignity, respect, and choice are always promoted.
My experience has provided me with a strong understanding of leadership, team development, compliance, and delivering safe, effective services. However, my greatest motivation continues to be making a genuine difference in people’s lives and supporting both individuals and teams to achieve the best possible outcomes.
In my free time, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and friends and creating lasting memories together. I love going on holiday and exploring new places, as well as enjoying long walks with my dog Buddy. I also enjoy reading, which gives me time to relax and unwind. I value family-oriented activities that bring everyone together, helping me maintain a positive balance between work and personal life
